So, that’s pretty much what we are up to. Jadesisters is quite silent for a while after all the hoo-haa about Didi’s trip to Korea.
To anyone who is still slacking behind about the story of Didi’s audition, you can read it all on sabahsongs.wordpress.com. Oh ya, here’s the link of another article written about Didi on Sabah Songs. http://sabahsongs.wordpress.com/2011/11/14/growing-up-sabahs-music-industry-printed-in-sabah-property-magazine/
Anyway, we will be resuming our Jadesisters music work by next week. Song recording, video shoot and shows. Do follow us on facebook, twitter and reverbnation for updates ya.
Check out our song JADI UNDUK NGADAU.
UNDUK NGADAU is the cultural beauty pageant that is usually being held during the Harvest Festival celebration every May in Sabah. As most of the pretty young ladies of Sabah will join the competition.
The UNDUK NGADAU is an event to remember the sacrifice of the legend HUMINODUN. A young pretty lass who sacrificed herself in order to help her people from famine.
This song is about a girl’s dream to be an UNDUK NGADAU but due to her height issues the dream is literally crushed. Have a listen to learn more about the whole story in the song.
